How's this>?

Okay, so if everything goes well the reservations are all in the bag. I totaled it up and it comes to 525$. I know that goes a bit above my first estimate but all of the hostels had raised rates for this year. I think I did pretty well all in all. If that number really will not work...I don't know what to say. We could spend less time in rome and cut a few euros, but not much. This total is taking into consideration that we'll night train it to Frankfurt. Here are all of the links to the places we're staying.

Let me know if you have any questions. Lisa, trains are all you now!

???

Hey guys,

I'm trying to figure out our trip from Rome to Frankfurt. It seems like there are two options:

1. We get on a train in Rome at 9am and ride for 12 hours till we arrive in Munich, where we spent the night before continuing to Frankfurt (only 4 hours) the next day.

2. We could maybe have a day in Milan and take the night express train to Frankfurt.

Either way you cut it, there's a long train ride involved. I think we could get away with doing night travel so we don't miss as much (plus, one less hostel). So, I'm voting for the night train on the 8th. Let me know if you guys have any ideas on the matter.

Which one?

HELP! I can't decide between these hostels in Paris. One is more expensive and better oriented. The other is still nice but farther removed. Let me know what you think.

Roman Holiday

Hey everybody! I'm posting a link to the place where we're staying in Rome. I've reserved us a private quad room in an apartment (Millefiori). Check it out! The pictures are really cool.

HI Card

Hey Everybody,

It's time! I need to start making Hostel reservations for Europe. Is everyone okay with me going for it? Because I do think it'd be the easiest way. Lisa also would like to start making train reservations. So, unless T and Claire object I vote to just move forward with the plan.

Also, I ordered my Hosteling International card. You ALL need to get these cards they will get us discounts and may be the tipping factor to whether we get a place in a Hostel or not. It's only 28$ for a year. Here's the link you'll need.
